Limited Lifetime Warranty

Apiras provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against workmanship and manufacturing defects for 365 days upon purchase. To activate the warranty, email Apiras with images of the defect and proof of purchase. Please note that this warranty is exclusive to the original owner and is non-transferable.

What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the paddle within 365 days. This includes issues related to craftsmanship and defective components.

What's Not Covered

The Apiras Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, negligence, user modification, or the natural breakdown or fading of graphics or textures over extended use.

Miscellaneous Information

  • This warranty is applicable for Apiras pickleball paddles within the United States & Canada.
  • Apiras reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle qualifies for coverage under our limited lifetime warranty.
  • In the event of a covered warranty claim, Apiras holds the sole discretion to decide whether to replace or repair the paddle.
